There is no limit to the number of Eligible Stays an HSBC Cardholder may make at a Participating Hotel under the Offer, but consecutive Eligible Stays at the same Participating Hotel (i.e. where check-out and re-check-in occur on the same day) shall be deemed as one Eligible Stay for the purposes of the Offer.
- Room rate does not include complimentary breakfast unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made with an HSBC Premier, Advance, Platinum, Gold or Classic card to enjoy the Offer. In the event that a Participating Hotel is, for any reason, unable to accept payment by credit card, an HSBC Cardholder may enjoy the Offer by making payment in cash and on production of his HSBC Premier, Advance, Platinum, Gold or Classic card.
- The Best Available Rate is a specific type of rate type for each Participating Hotel that may vary, is unrestricted and excludes discounted or negotiated rates not available to the general public.
- The Offer does not apply to any incidental charges such as taxes, service charges, or room service incurred or accrued during the Eligible Stay and extra person charges may apply if a room is to be occupied by more than two persons.
- The Offer is not redeemable for cash, is not valid for previous stays or existing reservations at the Participating Hotels, and is subject to availability and blackout dates.
- The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate.
- Participating Hotels are subject to change without notice and the number of rooms available under the Offer at each Participating Hotel may be limited.
