- The Offer is available for new reservations made between 1st April 2013 to 31st July 2013 ("Promotion Period") for Eligible Stays (as defined below) at a Participating Hotel.
- An Eligible Stay is defined as a stay for one or more consecutive nights in a standard room (single or double occupancy) at a Participating Hotel for which a reservation was made by a HSBC Cardholder specifically under the Offer via phone, online via the Landing Page or in person with a Participating Hotel, using/quoting the relevant promotional code at the time of the reservation and paid for using an HSBC Premier, Advance, Platinum, Gold or Classic card. An Eligible Stay shall commence and be completed during the Promotion Period.
- HSBC Cardholder will receive 15% discount off Best Available Rates for each Eligible Stay. There is no limit to the number of Eligible Stays an HSBC Cardholder may make at a Participating Hotel under the Offer, but consecutive Eligible Stays at the same Participating Hotel (i.e. where check-out and re-check-in occur on the same day) shall be deemed as one Eligible Stay for the purposes of the Offer.
- Room rate does not include complimentary breakfast unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made with an HSBC Premier, Advance, Platinum, Gold or Classic card to enjoy the Offer. In the event that a Participating Hotel is, for any reason, unable to accept payment by credit card, an HSBC Cardholder may enjoy the Offer by making payment in cash and on production of his HSBC Premier, Advance, Platinum, Gold or Classic card.
- The Best Available Rate is a specific type of rate type for each Participating Hotel that may vary, is unrestricted and excludes discounted or negotiated rates not available to the general public.
- The Offer does not apply to any incidental charges such as taxes, service charges, or room service incurred or accrued during the Eligible Stay and extra person charges may apply if a room is to be occupied by more than two persons.
- The Offer is not redeemable for cash, is not valid for previous stays or existing reservations at the Participating Hotels, and is subject to availability and blackout dates.
- The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate.
